Online orders ship from our studio in Athens, Greece. Our shipping bags are recyclable please dispose of them accordingly. All transactions are securely processed with Paypal, Stripe, and all major credit cards. Prices are in the EUR currency and include value added tax. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. We review each order factoring in destination, weight, and size of items; shipping fees are calculated upon checkout.

Please allow up to three (3) business days for your order to be processed, orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day. We ship with Hellenic Registered Post, when dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. To track the status of your shipped order click here. Local deliveries typically take between five (5) to nine (9) business days. For international orders please allow up to fourteen (14) business days. We have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office, please check with your local authorities in this case.

Shipping to the US (De Minimis Tariff Exemption)

Physical music media like vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes are exempt from U.S. import tariffs because they qualify as informational materials under U.S. law 50 U.S.C. 1702 (b) (3) therefore we will continue to accept orders on these items without any issue. Please note that associated goods such as apparel, hardgoods, books, and tote bags remain subject to standard import taxes and so we will currently not be accepting orders on these selected products.
