Online orders ship from our studio in Athens, Greece. Our shipping bags are recyclable please dispose of them accordingly. All transactions are securely processed with Paypal, Stripe, and all major credit cards. Prices are in the EUR currency and include value added tax. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. We review each order factoring in destination, weight, and size of items; shipping fees are calculated upon checkout.

Please allow up to two (2) business days for your order to be processed, orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day. We ship with Hellenic Registered Post, when dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. To track the status of your shipped order click here. Local deliveries typically take between five (5) to nine (9) business days. For international orders please allow up to fourteen (14) business days. We have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office, please check with your local authorities in this case.
