1. Orders

All orders ship from our studio located in Athens, Greece. Our shipping bags are recyclable please dispose of them accordingly. Store transactions are securely processed with Paypal, Stripe, and all major credit cards. Prices are in the EUR currency and include value added tax. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. We review each order factoring in destination, weight, and size of items; shipping fees are calculated upon checkout.

2. Downloads

All digital download purchases include high-quality files in MP3 and 24–bit WAV, also available on all major platforms and Bandcamp.

4. Shipping

Please allow up to two (2) business days for your order to be processed, orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day. We ship with Hellenic Registered Post, when dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. To track the status of your shipped order click here. Local deliveries typically take between five (5) to nine (9) business days. For international orders please allow up to fourteen (14) business days. We have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office, please check with your local authorities in this case.

5. Returns

Returns can be requested by email within twenty (20) days of receipt of initial order shipment, please state your name and order number on the subject bar. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send products back to us without our permission. Packages returned to us due to incorrect address provided will be shipped back out upon customer request and expense. 

We pack our products to arrive safely at their destination, however, the risk of damaged packages is always a realistic one; therefore, damaged boxes should be refused when they arrive. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen packages by third parties. Certain types of items such as apparel (tote bags, shirts) and digital downloads cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if refund or exchange of product was approved. Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days; if regarding exchanged item, you will be shipped the new item within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
